SHIPPING:
- Delivery within Pakistan takes 5 to 7 business days.
- Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000, otherwise a PKR 200 delivery charge applies.
- During sales, delivery takes 7 to 9 days, and free shipping is not available.
- You'll receive an SMS and email once your order is confirmed. If using Cash on Delivery (COD), please pay the rider before opening the package.
RETRUNS:
- To initiate a return/exchange, email us a hijabandmore@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be in new, unused condition (unless defective). Hijabs, Scarves, Hijab caps, and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Sale/clearance items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
