Hijab and More
At Hijab and More, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or used hijabs/abayas
- Items damaged after delivery
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
